They might not have to deal with a baddie like Hans Gruber, but they have been called out to fix disclosing roofs, burst tubes and separated boilers, according to new investigate by the Federation of Master Builders( FMB ).

9. Faulty wiring

A quarter( 24 per cent) of builders have been called out at Christmas to sort issues with electrical wire. No one wants to be in the dark at Christmas- reckon not having a lits tree on the big date! 8. Trees falling
