We operate a hybrid business model, and like a traditional cleaning company, we employ staff to undertake short notice and emergency cleans, or jobs with a higher labour requirement. Where we differ, is that we also use independent cleaners whom work with us, after passing through our interview, assessment, and vetting process. This allows us to deliver the right people to the right place at the right price – from our extensive pool. We are NOT a franchise.
Just enter your details via the website. For a one off clean you may use our simple online system and tick off what you would like done, or if you prefer, we can come to you and quote in person ( we do this for all regular commercial cleaning jobs ).
We do not, however we can either organise this on your behalf or put you in contact with reputable companies. We can undertake spot cleaning however.
To clean ceilings fully is a specialist task, and we can provide you with contacts for this service. However, if there is a stray mark you wish removed, we’d be happy to assist.
Yes they are, we assess them regularly, and we insist our affiliates maintain public liability insurance and H&S procedures and documentation. All staff and affiliates are security vetted and carry ID.
For all one off jobs, payment is at time of booking confirmation via Paypal or Credit Card. Regular commercial cleaning is invoiced monthly.
If you have any issue with your clean, a Wonderwomen staff member will contact you and make a personal visit to your property if required, to see the issue resolved promptly and professionally. We’re not happy unless you are.
