07 Nov How to disguise your Bike Trailer as a end table
I made this hack for two reasons. It saves gap by not having to store my bike trailer and I actually thought it would look interesting to use the trailer as an extremity table. To use the motorcycle trailer all I do is lift off the top and connect to my bike.
IKEA Items consumed:
SLADDA Bike Trailer ADELSTEN Mortar and pestle HEJNE deep shelf VARDA
Other materials worked 😛 TAGEND
Wood patronage Twine 6 ” timber disks 1/8 dense Felt pads
Bike trailer expiration table rules
1. I had an extra penetrating shelf pair from a HEJNE shelf unit I put together. I levered off the implications of the rack that holds the slats together.
2. I used to 1 ” x1 ” boards as underneath helps. I nailed the slats from the HEJNE shelf to these buoys with no spacing.
3. I drove out the claws that had connected the slats to the end pieces already pried out.
4. I utilized the VARDA clear stain.
5. I threaded twine through the leftover loopholes from the claws driven out. One could just decorate off the ends so there aren’t any holes.
6. I framed felt pads on the underside.
7. I consumed the ADELSTEN upside down with the wood disks stacked for the trailer to be level.
