The color is called “Bird of Paradise,” and it sounds absolutely alluring. Beginning April 2018, appliance brand KitchenAid®, the kitchen color trendsetter known for introducing us to fun appliances in bright reds or indigos, is launching an entire collection in the brand new hue.
“‘Bird of Paradise’ is an exotic getaway in a color,” said Jessica McConnell, Senior Manager, Color, Finish & Material Studio, Global Consumer Design. “The vibrant coral hue is uplifting and fresh, with just a touch of nostalgia. It looks great on its own, but, also pairs beautifully with the deep, lush greens we are seeing everywhere in interior design right now.”
